KUST Mazda CX-5 Rear Side Window Shades (2017–2023) — 2PC Magnetic Breathable Mesh, UV & Heat Block

If you want a clean, factory-like sun protection solution for the rear side windows of a 2017–2023 Mazda CX-5, these KUST shades are specifically tailored to that car. They are sold as a two-piece set designed only for the rear back-side windows, featuring high-density mesh for heat reduction and built-in magnets with supplemental fasteners for a secure fit. The design preserves the driver's forward view and still permits the rear windows to roll up and down.

How well do these shades block sunlight and heat?

The KUST mesh is woven densely to reduce UV transmission and lower interior temperature buildup without creating a sealed environment. That helps protect upholstery from fading and makes back seats more comfortable on sunny days.

• Blocks up to 99% of UV rays per high-density fabric
• Reduces radiant heat entering the cabin
• Maintains visibility from inside while shading passengers

Will the shades interfere with window operation or driver visibility?

You can freely raise or lower the rear side windows with these shades installed; the mesh is designed to move with the glass. The shades are mounted to the window frame so the driver’s front sightlines remain unobstructed.

• Window lifts up and down without removing the shade
• Shade mounting avoids the driver’s sightlines for safe driving
• Mesh prevents pets or children from leaning directly out the window

How secure is the fit on a Mazda CX-5 and what mounting options are included?

These shades are tailored to fit the rear side window profile of 2017–2023 Mazda CX-5 models, giving a snug, gap-free appearance. Installation uses a combination of built-in magnets plus two types of fasteners so the shade resists shifting on rough roads.

• Vehicle-specific contouring for a seamless look on CX-5 rear windows
• Strong embedded magnets for quick attachment to iron frames
• Plastic clips and adhesive promoter provided for non-iron frames

How easy is installation and storage when not in use?

Setup takes only moments and no specialty tools: attach magnets at the top and secure the bottom with clips or adhesive depending on your frame. The mesh folds compactly for the included storage bag when you don’t need it.

• Quick magnetic top attachment for iron window frames
• Snap-in plastic clips or adhesive promoter for a multi-point hold
• Folds into compact storage bag — ready for travel or seasonal use

Who is this for: These KUST rear side window sunshades suit Mazda CX-5 owners (model years 2017–2023) who want a tailored, removable privacy and sun-protection solution for rear passengers — particularly families with children, pet owners, and anyone who spends time camping, napping, or commuting with rear-seat occupants. Note: the package contains two rear side window shades only and is not compatible with front windows.
