LCGAOYA RV Screen Door Protector Grille for Dogs — Adjustable 22–31.5" Aluminium, Rust-Resistant

The LCGAOYA RV Entry Screen Door Protector Grille is an adjustable aluminum guard that shields RV entrance screens from dog scratches and everyday wear.

If you own an RV and a dog, screen doors are a frequent weak point. This protector grille mounts across the inside of most RV screen doors to block claws, noses, and accidental kicks while preserving airflow and visibility. Built from high-quality aluminum alloy, it balances strength with a slim profile so it looks at home on travel trailers, motorhomes, and camper vans.

How does this grille protect my RV screen from pets?

The LCGAOYA grille forms a rigid barrier between your pet and the mesh, preventing punctures and tears from scratching and pawing. Its metal construction resists repeated contact better than plastic guards, reducing repair and replacement costs over time.

• High-strength aluminum alloy stops claws and teeth from reaching the mesh.
• Full-width coverage across the lower portion of the screen where damage usually occurs.
• Corrosion-resistant finish suited to outdoor and coastal use.

Will it fit my RV screen door size and how adjustable is it?

The protector adjusts to fit a wide range of standard RV entry screen widths, so you won’t need custom parts or cutting. Its telescoping or sliding design lets you set a secure fit that stays in place during travel and regular use.

• Adjustable range from 22 inches to 31.5 inches to accommodate most RV screens.
• Fine-tuned fit locks in place to prevent rattling while driving.
• Works with most door frames without permanent modifications.

Is installation difficult and what tools are required?

LCGAOYA includes the screws, bolts, and wrenches needed for installation so you can mount the grille without buying extra hardware. The setup is straightforward and designed for DIY installation in a few simple steps.

• All mounting hardware supplied: screws, bolts, and required wrenches.
• No specialty tools or professional installer required for typical installations.
• Instructions guide you through positioning and tightening for a secure fit.

How durable is the protector for long-term travel and use?

Constructed from durable aluminum alloy, the grille resists bending, cracking, and weather exposure better than cheaper alternatives. It preserves the integrity of your RV screen during camping seasons, extended road trips, and frequent pet activity.

• Robust metal construction designed to withstand repeated pet contact.
• Finishing resists rust and maintains appearance after outdoor exposure.
• Serves as a low-maintenance, cost-saving barrier compared with frequent screen replacements.

Who is this for: The LCGAOYA RV Entry Screen Door Protector Grille is ideal for RV owners who travel with dogs or want to prevent screen damage from everyday use. It fits travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes with compatible screen widths, and suits DIY-minded campers who prefer a durable, easy-to-install guard. If you need a practical, long-lasting solution to protect your RV’s entry screen without permanent alterations, this grille offers adjustable coverage, included hardware, and tough aluminum construction to keep the mesh intact and your pet safe indoors.
