Lippert Components RV Roof Vent Cap 360 Siphon White — Odour Prevention, Built-In Bug Screen

When unpleasant smells travel from waste systems into your living area, the 360 Siphon from Lippert Components offers a simple, low-maintenance solution. Built from durable polycarbonate with a patented shape that promotes a steady updraft, this ventilator helps remove odorous air before it can settle inside your RV. Its universal profile and integrated bug screen make it an easy retrofit or replacement for many vent openings, and its white finish blends with common RV rooftops.

How does the 360 Siphon prevent odors from entering my RV?

The 360 Siphon is shaped to create a continuous upward airflow that directs foul air out of the vent before it can circulate into the cabin. Because the design relies on airflow dynamics rather than fans or moving parts, it maintains an effective exhaust action with very little maintenance.

• Patented conical profile encourages an updraft to expel odors.
• No internal motors or vents that require frequent servicing.
• Works passively with natural wind and vehicle motion to assist ventilation.

Will this fit the vent opening on my RV roof?

The 360 Siphon is engineered for universal compatibility with most common RV vent cap footprints, so it can usually replace factory or aftermarket caps without modification. Installation is straightforward: remove the old cap, clean the flange, and secure the 360 Siphon according to the included mounting pattern and sealant recommendations.

• Universal design matches common RV vent openings for easy swap-out.
• Mounts with standard fasteners and roof sealant—no special tools required.
• Available in a neutral white that integrates with many roof colors.

Does the vent keep bugs and debris out while ventilating?

Yes — a built-in mesh screen is integrated into the 360 Siphon to block insects and larger particulates while allowing air to flow freely. The screen reduces the chance of pests entering through the vent and helps maintain a cleaner vent passage over time.

• Stainless mesh screen resists corrosion and keeps insects away.
• Screen placement preserves airflow efficiency while filtering debris.
• Requires only occasional visual checks and light cleaning as needed.
