The Lowrance Fluid Level Sensor Fuel Pack-0 is a plug-and-play NMEA 2000 tank-level sender that reports 0–100% fuel level and integrates with compatible Navico displays.
This compact sensor transmits tank level data over the NMEA 2000 network, replacing the EP-65 report type and arriving pre-configured for Fuel Tank Instance 0. It’s factory-calibrated to the common 33–240j U.S. marine sender standard and includes a 10-foot cable and Micro-C T-Connector for fast installation. While it’s set up for fuel out of the box, the unit can be recalibrated with compatible Navico multi-function displays (MFDs) and reconfigured to report other fluid types like water, gray water, live well, oil, or black water.
The sensor connects directly to the vessel’s NMEA 2000 backbone and broadcasts tank-level data in a standard format recognized by Lowrance and other Navico displays. No separate power supply is required if it’s attached to an active NMEA 2000 network.
Installation is straightforward: mount the sender to a compatible tank-level sender unit and connect the 10-foot cable to the NMEA 2000 network through the included Micro-C T-Connector. Calibration is factory-set to the U.S. 33–240j standard, but you can fine-tune settings from a compatible Navico MFD if your tank uses a different sender range.
Yes. Although the unit ships set up for fuel, it can be reconfigured to report other fluid types through compatible MFD menus. Reconfiguration changes the displayed type—water, gray water, live well, oil, or black water—so you can reuse the same hardware for different tanks.
Who this is for: The Lowrance Fluid Level Sensor Fuel Pack-0 fits boaters, shipyards, and marine technicians who want a reliable, standards-compliant tank sender that integrates seamlessly with NMEA 2000 electronics. It's especially useful if you run Lowrance or other Navico displays and need a sensor that’s pre-calibrated for the common U.S. sender standard but flexible enough to be reconfigured for different tank types. Authorized dealers typically carry the unit with a manufacturer MSRP of $99.00, and sellers often cover return shipping for defective items. If you need help choosing or calibrating the sensor, expert support is available from authorized Lowrance channels.
Q: Does this sensor work out of the box with Lowrance displays?
A: Yes. It’s pre-configured for Fuel Tank Instance 0 and sends 0–100% level data over NMEA 2000 to compatible Lowrance/Navico MFDs.
Q: Can I change the sensor to monitor water or a live well?
A: Yes. You can reconfigure the output type (water, gray water, live well, oil, black water) using a compatible Navico multi-function display.
