Malco Aqua Bead Water-Based Tyre & Trim Dressing, 1 Gal — Non-Greasy, Water-Activated Silicone Finish

Malco Aqua Bead is a water-activated, silicone-suspension dressing that dilutes to serve as tire shine, trim restorer and interior/vault dressing in one gallon.

Designed for detail shops, mobile technicians and car owners who want a versatile, non-greasy finish, this water-based formula adjusts to the job at hand: heavier for tires, lighter for interiors or engine bays. It’s made in the USA, VOC-compliant, and formulated so it won’t stain painted surfaces if overspray or sling occurs during application.

How do I dilute Malco Aqua Bead for different surfaces?

The product is supplied as a silicone suspension that activates with water, so you control the finish by diluting to the recommended ratios. Use the lower dilution for the highest shine on tires, and lighter mixes for interior trim and engine bays to avoid an oily look.

• Tires: dilute 1 part product to 2–3 parts water for a deep, glossy finish.
• Engine bays and heavier trim: dilute 1:3 for balanced protection without excess sheen.
• Interior plastics and vinyl: dilute 1:2 to 1:4 for a subtle satin or OEM appearance.

Can I apply it to wet surfaces straight from the wash?

Yes — Aqua Bead is water-activated, so it can be sprayed or wiped onto damp tires and trim immediately after washing. That makes it practical for busy bays where you want to combine rinse and dressing steps without waiting for full drying.

• Apply to wet tires directly after rinse for even coverage and reduced downtime.
• Works on dry surfaces too; adjust dilution for the desired sheen.
• No machine polishing required — spray or wipe application is effective.

Will it damage paint or create streaks on trim after rain?

Formulated to be VOC-compliant and non-staining, Aqua Bead minimizes the risk of paint staining if sling occurs. It deposits silicone for durable gloss and water-repellent properties that reduce streaking and spotting on trim after exposure to moisture.

• Non-staining formula reduces paint transfer risk during high-speed application.
• Creates a water-repellent layer that helps prevent streaks and water spotting.
• Resists streaking on bumpers, moldings and exterior trim in wet conditions.

What surfaces does this dressing protect and how long does it last?

Intended for rubber, plastic and vinyl, Aqua Bead helps preserve appearance and material resiliency with regular use. It restores satin or OEM looks on tires, bumpers, moldings and interior trim while adding a protective silicone barrier that slows drying and cracking.

• Safe for tires, exterior trim, interior panels, engine bay components and vinyl surfaces.
• Regular applications help maintain a lasting, conditioned appearance and flexibility.
• Delivers a durable gloss that holds up under normal road and weather exposure.

Who is this for? Malco Aqua Bead is suited to detail shops, fleet maintenance teams, mobile detailers and discerning DIY car owners who want one flexible product to replace multiple dressings. If you need a water-activated, VOC-compliant dressing that works wet or dry, protects rubber and plastic, and is simple to dilute and apply, this one-gallon concentrate delivers professional results without specialized equipment.
