How reliable and long-lasting is the Marsflex blower motor?

The motor is built with an energy-efficient armature and balanced components to run smoothly across speeds, with a rated service life of at least 80,000 hours under normal use. Marsflex subjects each unit to mechanical and electrical testing to minimize early failures and reduce vibrations that cause noise.

• Durability target: 80,000+ hours service life
• Tested for electrical protection against current spikes and overvoltage
• Balanced fan to reduce vibration and extend bearing life
• Foam shims and protective packaging to limit contamination during shipping

How does this blower motor affect cabin comfort and noise?

The upgraded fan design moves a larger volume of air and is engineered to resist dust build-up, restoring stronger airflow and faster cabin air turnover. Quieter bearings and precise balance reduce whine and rattles commonly associated with worn OEM blowers.

• Larger airflow volume to improve HVAC responsiveness
• Anti-dust fan shape reduces debris accumulation over time
• Quieter operation thanks to balanced components and tested assembly
• Consistent performance across all blower speeds

What comes with the purchase and what warranty covers it?
