MerveilLuz Headlight Assembly for 2009-2012 Toyota RAV4 — Chrome Housing Pair with Bulbs, DOT/SAE Compliant

MerveilLuz headlight assembly is a direct-fit replacement for 2009–2012 Toyota RAV4s, delivered as a chrome housing pair with bulbs included for driver and passenger sides.

This complete headlamp kit replaces worn, cracked, or dim stock headlights with DOT- and SAE-compliant assemblies engineered for everyday use and simple installation. Each unit arrives fully sealed against moisture and dust and is designed to match original equipment mounting points so you can swap both sides without splicing wires or modifying brackets.

How does this headlight improve visibility compared to worn factory lamps?

The MerveilLuz unit uses a focused reflector and anti-glare optics to widen the illuminated area and increase output compared with typical aging halogen assemblies. That translates to a crisper cutoff line and broader beam spread for clearer edge-of-road detail at night.

• Up to 300% brighter output versus older halogen units (manufacturer spec).
• 200% wider coverage across the road plane for better peripheral visibility.
• Anti-glare design reduces stray light and improves contrast for oncoming drivers.

Will these headlights fit my 2009–2012 Toyota RAV4 and how easy is installation?

These assemblies are manufactured to 100% OE fitment specifications and replace factory part numbers 8117042470, 8113042470, TO2502190, and TO2503190. Installation is plug-and-play; most owners can complete both sides in around 30 minutes without specialty tools.

• Direct replacement — no cutting, splicing, or custom wiring required.
• Includes high and low beam bulbs so the lights arrive ready to mount.
• Mounting tabs and connectors align with original factory points for fast reassembly.

How durable and weather-resistant are these headlamps?

The assemblies are built with high-impact polycarbonate lenses and a sealed housing to resist scratches, road debris, and environmental exposure. A vacuum-tested, IP67-rated seal minimizes fogging and prevents water, dust, and moisture intrusion in wet or dusty conditions.

• IP67-rated waterproof sealing for reliable performance in rain and snow.
• Scratch-resistant polycarbonate lens to guard against chips and abrasions.
• Vacuum testing reduces internal condensation and extends service life.

What safety and regulatory standards does this product meet?

The MerveilLuz headlight assemblies are DOT and SAE compliant, designed to meet required visibility and beam pattern regulations for street use. The anti-glare optics and precise cutoff help balance driver illumination with oncoming-driver safety.

• Meets DOT & SAE requirements for aftermarket headlamps.
• Engineered cutoff to limit glare while improving forward visibility.
• Includes compliant bulbs matched to the assembly's reflector geometry.
