Moonlinks Bed Stake Pocket Covers for Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500 (2009–2018) — ABS Weather‑Resistant Pair

Moonlinks Bed Stake Pocket Cover is a pair of precision-molded ABS plugs that seal the stake pocket openings on 2009–2018 Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 beds to block debris and restore a factory appearance.

If you own a 2009–2018 Dodge Ram truck, the exposed stake pockets in the bed can collect water, dirt and leaves and eventually promote corrosion. Moonlinks offers molded replacement covers designed to fit the stake pocket openings for Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 models across those years. These caps install quickly without tools, match the bed-rail geometry and are made from weather-resistant ABS to preserve finish and block contaminants.

How well do these covers fit my Ram’s stake pockets?

Each Moonlinks cover is cut from factory measurements and shaped to sit flush inside the original stake pocket openings for 2009–2018 Ram beds. The design includes a stepped edge that helps the plug lock into the rail opening and reduces movement while driving.

• Made to match measured dimensions for 2009–2018 Ram 1500/2500/3500 stake pockets
• Left and right plugs included to cover both openings
• Stepped edge profile for secure seating and clean appearance

What material are the caps made from and how do they hold up outdoors?

Moonlinks stake pocket plugs are manufactured from durable ABS plastic chosen for its resistance to abrasion, corrosion and impact. The material resists fading and cracking so the plugs keep a consistent look next to the bed rail after installation.

• UV-stable ABS resists color change and surface degradation
• Impact- and abrasion-resistant for everyday driving use
• Corrosion-resistant—prevents water contact with bare metal stake pockets

How easy is the installation and what’s included in the package?

Installation is a quick snap-in process that requires no tools. Clean the stake pocket opening, align the corresponding left and right plugs, and press them into place until they seat. The set contains two plugs—one for each side—so you can finish in under a minute per plug.

• No drilling, bonding or hardware required—tool-free installation
• Instructions: clean opening, align plug, press until secure
• Package includes one left and one right plug per set

Will these covers change my truck’s look or function?

The plugs are designed to integrate with the existing bed rail lines to produce a factory-style finish. While they primarily protect the pocket from debris and moisture, they also give the rail a cleaner, more finished appearance without interfering with accessories that use the stake pockets when removed.

• Restores a finished, factory-like appearance to the bed rail
• Protects pocket openings without obstructing accessory use when removed
• Low-profile design keeps truck aesthetics intact

Who is this for: Moonlinks Bed Stake Pocket Covers suit Dodge Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 owners from model years 2009 through 2018 who want a simple, durable solution to seal exposed stake pockets. These caps are ideal for drivers who park outdoors, haul loose loads, or want to prevent dirt and moisture from accumulating in stake holes while maintaining a factory look. Note: these covers are not compatible with 2019 and newer Ram models—confirm your truck year and stake pocket dimensions before ordering.
