Moonlinks Driver-Side Mirror Cover for 2016–2021 Honda Civic & 2019–2021 Insight — Gloss Black ABS Left

Moonlinks driver-side mirror cover is a direct-fit, glossy-black ABS replacement designed to restore and protect the left (driver) side rearview mirror on 2016–2021 Honda Civic and 2019–2021 Honda Insight models.

If your Civic’s original mirror cap is chipped, peeling, or weathered, this single left-hand cover lets you refresh the vehicle’s appearance without replacing the entire mirror assembly. Manufactured to the factory mirror’s 1:1 shape, the cover snaps into place using the OEM-style buckle features on the back—no cutting, drilling, or special tools required.

Will this cover fit my Civic or Insight model?

Moonlinks engineered this cover to fit the left-side (driver) rearview mirror on 10th generation Honda Civic models from 2016 through 2021, and the left mirror on 2019–2021 Honda Insight models. It matches the original mirror geometry to ensure a snug fit.

• Fitment: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 Honda Civic (driver side)
• Also compatible with 2019–2021 Honda Insight (driver side)
• Left-hand cover only (LH); passenger-side sold separately

What material is the replacement made from and how durable is it?

The cover is molded from high-quality ABS plastic chosen for strength, impact resistance, and long-term weather durability. The glossy black finish is formulated to match the factory paint tone commonly used on Honda mirror caps.

• Material: durable ABS plastic resistant to cracking and UV degradation
• Gloss black surface for a factory-matching appearance
• Engineered to resist everyday scratches and road abrasion

How difficult is installation—do I need tools or modifications?

Installation is straightforward: the rear of the cover uses OEM-style buckles that clip into the mirror housing. No cutting, drilling, or adhesive is needed, so you can replace the cap quickly with little-to-no mechanical experience.

• Snap-in design for fast, tool-free installation
• No trimming or adjustments required
• Designed to stay secure under normal driving conditions

What’s included in the package and what should I expect about ordering?

The package contains one driver-side (left) rearview mirror cover only. If you need the right-side cover, order the corresponding passenger-side listing separately. Dimensions are provided in product images; minor measurement variation may occur.

• Included: 1 x driver-side (LH) rearview mirror cover
• Not included: passenger-side cover, mirror glass, or mounting hardware
• Contact seller if the package appears incomplete

This mirror cover is ideal for Honda Civic and Insight owners who want a cost-effective way to repair cosmetic damage, replace a peeling factory cap, or restore a glossy black look without buying a full mirror assembly. It’s well suited for DIYers, detail shops, and anyone seeking an OEM-style replacement that installs cleanly and stays put during daily driving.
