NEWISHTOOL Felt Vinyl Squeegee Set 3-Piece (Large, Medium, Small) — Dual-Edge Felt & Polypropylene for Scratch-Free Vinyl Wraps

NEWISHTOOL's 3-piece felt vinyl squeegee set gives you three sizes of dual-edge tools that smooth film and remove bubbles without scratching surfaces.

This compact kit includes large, medium and small felt-edged squeegees designed for vinyl wrap, window tint, paint protection film and general adhesive work. Each tool pairs a firm polypropylene edge for aggressive work with a soft suede-felt edge for delicate finishes, so you can transition from heavy smoothing to scratch-free detailing without switching tools. The trio fits into tool rolls, glove boxes or carrying kits and supports both flat and contoured surfaces.

How do these squeegees prevent scratches while working vinyl?

The suede felt edge cushions the film and reduces friction, helping the blade glide over vinyl or film without marking the surface. A polymer edge on the opposite side tackles stubborn bubbles and adhesive residue while maintaining overall control.

• Soft suede felt minimizes surface abrasion on delicate finishes.
• Polypropylene edge for firm pressure and quick bubble removal.
• Twin rib design improves grip and stability during application.

Which sizes are included and when should I use each one?

The set contains three distinct sizes to match different tasks: a large 20 x 7.1 cm squeegee for broad panels, a medium 15 x 8 cm tool for doors and moderate curves, and a small 10 x 7.3 cm piece for tight corners and finishing edges. Choosing the right size speeds installation and reduces the need for trimming or rework.

• Large (7.8" x 2.8") — ideal for hoods, roofs and large flat areas.
• Medium (5.9" x 3.15") — good for doors, bumpers and gentle contours.
• Small (4" x 2.87") — best for seams, badges and tight radii.

How do these tools help with different films and materials?

The mixed-edge design gives versatility for a wide range of films: the felt side protects delicate films and finishes while the harder PP edge exerts more force to remove trapped air or reposition material. They are flexible enough to conform around curves yet rigid enough to push out bubbles efficiently.

• Works with vinyl wrap, PPF, window tint and wallpaper.
• Felt reduces marring on glossy or textured surfaces.
• PP edge for faster smoothing on stubborn areas.

What are the practical features that make these squeegees durable?

Each squeegee uses wear-resistant materials and a reinforced body to withstand repeated use in workshops or field jobs. The compact form factor and lightweight construction make them easy to carry without sacrificing handling stability when applying pressure.

• Durable polypropylene body resists solvents and oils in workshop settings.
• High-stability ribs for consistent pressure and reduced hand fatigue.
• Felt edge bonded to the edge to resist fraying during heavy use.
