Off-Wrap Flexible Squeegee Set for Vinyl Wrap, Tint & PPF - USA-Made, Scratch-Safe Edges

Off-Wrap™ Squeegees are flexible, USA-made applicators engineered to smooth vinyl wrap, window tint, and paint protection film without scratching or creasing.

Professional installers and DIYers use these pliable squeegees to press out air bubbles, conform film to curves, and achieve crisp edges during vehicle wrap, window tint, or PPF application. Constructed for controlled pressure and edge safety, the set fits hand use and a range of working temperatures typical in automotive and signage projects. The tools are manufactured in the United States and designed for repeated use with common hydro and dry application methods.

How do Off-Wrap™ Squeegees improve film installation speed and finish?

These squeegees give installers a consistent, slip-resistant surface to push adhesive film and liquids aside, speeding the removal of trapped air and fluid. Their flexible construction lets you maintain steady pressure across flat panels and complex curves, reducing rework and finish imperfections.

• Flexible edge conforms to concave and convex surfaces
• Rounded corners reduce risk of scratching paint or film
• Firm spine for controlled pressure and even smoothing
• Reusable material that withstands typical solvents and detergents

Which materials and film types are Off-Wrap™ Squeegees best suited for?

These tools are intended for vinyl vehicle wrap, window tint film, and paint protection film (PPF), including cast and calendared vinyl. They work equally well with wet applications using slip solution or with dry-fitting techniques for small pieces and trims.

• Cast and calendared vinyl wrap
• Automotive window tint films
• Paint protection film (PPF) and clear bra installations
• Signage film and adhesive-backed graphics

What sizes and handling features should installers expect from this squeegee set?

The set includes multiple shapes and widths so you can pick the right tool for edges, seams, and broad panels. Ergonomic profiles help reduce hand fatigue during long installs, and the balanced weight provides tactile feedback for delicate areas like chrome trim or recessed seams.

• Varied widths for large panels and narrow creases
• Beveled and rounded edges to protect film and paint
• Comfort grip contours for extended use
• Compatible with blade or hook tools when trimming is required

How should I maintain and clean Off-Wrap™ Squeegees to extend their life?

Rinse with mild soap and warm water after each use to remove residue from adhesives, slip solutions, and dirt. Avoid aggressive solvents that can degrade the material; store squeegees flat or hung to prevent warping and keep them away from prolonged UV exposure.

• Wash with non-abrasive soap and a soft cloth
• Avoid acetone or strong petroleum solvents
• Store indoors at room temperature, flat or on a rack
• Rotate tools to preserve edges and extend service life

Who is this for: Off-Wrap™ Squeegees are ideal for professional wrap shops, window tint installers, signage specialists, and automotive enthusiasts who want a reliable, made-in-USA applicator set. If you value tools that protect finish surfaces, deliver repeatable results, and handle multiple film types, this squeegee kit supports both large-scale jobs and detailed trim work.
