Orion Motor Tech 11.5" Tyre Spoon Kit 20pc — 11.5in CrV Spoons, Rim Protectors & Valve Tools

The OMT 11.5 in Tire Spoon Kit by Orion Motor Tech is a 20-piece motorcycle tire changing set with extended CrV steel spoons, rim protectors, valve tools, and a storage bag for safe, damage-free tire removal.

Whether you’re a home mechanic or a roadside responder, this compact kit gathers essential tools for removing and installing tires on motorcycles, ATVs, bicycles, lawn tractors, and mowers. The 11.5-inch tire spoons deliver additional leverage for stubborn beads, while the included rim covers protect wheel finishes. Built from chrome-finished CrV steel and finished with PVC handles, the set balances durability and user comfort so you can tackle tire work without bending tools or scratching rims.

How do the longer 11.5" spoons make tire changes easier?

Longer spoons increase leverage, letting you pry the tire bead over the rim with less force and better control. The durable CrV steel resists bending under pressure and the PVC grips reduce hand fatigue and slipping.

• 11.5-inch length for greater mechanical advantage
• Rounded ends minimize pinch points and bead damage
• PVC handles improve grip and comfort during repeated use

Will the kit protect my wheels and tubes during removal?

Yes. The set includes four rim protectors designed to sit between the metal spoon and the wheel surface, preventing scratches and scuffs. Smooth, rounded spoon tips further reduce the chance of pinching or tearing inner tubes when used properly.

• Four plastic rim covers to shield paint and finishes
• Rounded spoons limit sharp contact with edges
• Valve tools and accessories allow safe valve-core removal without damage

What components are included and how do they work together?

This 20-piece set combines three long tire spoons with rim protectors, valve tools, multiple valve accessories, and a storage bag so every step of tire service is covered. The items are sized and shaped to complement each other for removal, installation, and valve servicing.

• Three 11.5" CrV steel tire spoons with PVC grips
• Four rim protectors to prevent cosmetic damage
• Valve core remover, valve accessories, and a compact storage bag for organization

Can I use this kit on different vehicles and tire types?

The kit is versatile enough for most small vehicle tires, including motorcycles, bicycles, ATVs, lawn and garden tractors, and mowers. It’s optimized for bead and rim sizes commonly found on these vehicles, but may not be suitable for large truck or off-road tires that require heavy-duty shop equipment.

• Ideal for motorcycles, bikes, ATVs, lawn tractors, and mowers
• Not intended for large commercial or heavy-duty truck tires
• Hand tools designed for field repairs and garage maintenance

Who is this for: The Orion Motor Tech OMT 11.5 in Tire Spoon Kit is aimed at DIY mechanics, small-vehicle service shops, riders who perform their own maintenance, and roadside technicians who need a portable, comprehensive tire-changing solution.
