Orthrus Full-Face Motorcycle Helmet Matte Black — DOT-Approved, Dual Visors & Removable Liner

The Orthrus Full Face Motorcycle Helmet is a DOT-approved adult helmet with a tough ABS shell, EPS impact liner, and interchangeable tinted and clear visors for safe, comfortable street and sport riding.

Designed for everyday commuters and spirited riders alike, this Orthrus full-face helmet blends certified impact protection with practical features for all lighting conditions. The helmet meets DOT FMVSS-218 standards, pairs a durable exterior with energy-absorbing inner foam, and adds removable comfort padding and vents to help keep riders cool over long distances.

How does the Orthrus helmet protect me on the road?

The helmet’s hard ABS outer shell disperses energy from impacts while the EPS foam liner absorbs shock to reduce force transmitted to the head. DOT/FMVS-218 certification confirms it meets U.S. federal safety requirements for motorcycle helmets.

• ABS shell for durable outer protection
• EPS foam liner for impact energy absorption
• DOT/FMVS-218 compliance for legal street use

Can I ride in both bright daytime and low-light conditions?

Yes — Orthrus includes a tinted visor to cut glare in bright sunlight and a clear visor for night or overcast conditions. Both visors use a quick-release system so you can swap them without tools in minutes.

• Tinted visor reduces daytime glare
• Clear visor preserves visibility at night
• Tool-free quick-release for fast visor changes

Will it stay comfortable during longer rides?

The helmet uses a soft, breathable liner shaped with 3D molding to follow facial contours and limit pressure points. Multiple intake and exhaust vents promote airflow, and the liner is removable and washable to keep the interior fresh after repeated use.

• 3D-molded breathable padding for a snug fit
• Front, top, and rear vents to reduce heat buildup
• Removable, washable lining for easy cleaning

Is this helmet versatile for different riding styles?

The sleek matte black finish and full-face design suit commuting, city traffic, highway cruising, and sport riding. Lightweight construction and flexible ventilation make it a practical choice for street motorbikes, ATVs, and other outdoor two- and four-wheeled activities.

• Matte black styling for everyday and sport use
• Full-face coverage for maximum wind protection
• Compatible with commuting, sport, and off-road activities
