PIG 15" x 150' Oil & Universal Absorbent Mat Roll — Dark Grey, Lightweight 8-Layer, Dispenser Box

PIG Absorbent Mat Roll is a heavy-duty, lightweight 15" x 150' oil and universal spill mat in a dispenser box designed for fast, economical cleanup of leaks, drips and overspray.

Keep work areas cleaner and safer with this high-performance absorbent mat roll from PIG. Built with multiple bonded layers of polypropylene and an engineered dimple pattern, the roll soaks up oils, coolants, solvents and water while resisting tearing when saturated. The dark gray finish conceals grime between change-outs, and the perforated sections in the dispenser box let you pull only what you need to reduce waste and carry mats easily across the shop.

How does this mat perform on common shop fluids?

The PIG mat soaks up a wide range of industrial liquids quickly and holds them without shedding fibers. Its fine-fiber construction locks in oils, coolants and solvents while the dimple pattern helps liquid travel into the mat for faster capture.

• Absorbs oils, fuel, solvents, coolants and water
• Fine-fiber surface minimizes residue or lint left behind
• Dimple pattern improves wicking for quicker absorption
• Retains liquids securely to reduce drips during handling

Why is the PIG mat better for long-lasting use and fewer change-outs?

Multiple thermally bonded polypropylene layers create a strong, tear-resistant structure that stands up to rough handling and maintains integrity when saturated. The darker color hides stains so the mat remains usable longer between replacements.

• Eight bonded layers resist ripping, fraying and tearing
• Dark-gray color conceals grime for extended on-floor life
• Lightweight construction reduces effort for small cleanup tasks
• Can be wrung out or incinerated where permitted to reduce waste

How do the dispenser box and perforations save time and money?

The dispenser box protects the roll from dirt and moisture while making it simple to tear off the exact amount you need. Perforations create convenient 10" x 15" sections so you avoid overusing mat and limit material costs.

• Built-in dispenser stores roll and keeps it clean and dry
• Easy-tear perforations at 10" x 15" let you take small or large pieces
• Reduces material waste by allowing controlled usage
• Portable box design for quick carrying between workstations

What safety and disposal considerations should I follow?

Mats assume the properties of absorbed fluids, so treat saturated sections according to the hazards of the captured liquid. Where allowed, these mats can be wrung out and incinerated or sent for fuel blending; otherwise dispose following local regulations for contaminated absorbents.

• Handle saturated mats with appropriate gloves and PPE
• Follow local rules for disposal of solvent- or fuel-soaked materials
• Wrung-out mats reduce waste volume when permitted
• Store used mats in closed containers until proper disposal

Who is this for: This PIG 15" x 150' absorbent mat roll is ideal for workshops, garages, manufacturing floors, maintenance crews and facilities managers who need a dependable, economical solution for routine leaks, drips and small-area cleanups. It suits teams that want a durable, easy-to-dispense mat that covers large areas, minimizes change-outs and works with oils, coolants, solvents and water without leaving lint or residue.
