PIG Mediumweight Absorbent Mat Roll 10" x 25' — Perforated, Oil & Liquid Pickup (1.75 gal/roll)

This 10" x 25' mediumweight mat roll from PIG gives workshops, garages, and industrial areas a durable, easy-to-use surface for managing drips, spills, and routine cleanup. Built from multiple thermally bonded layers of 100% polypropylene and featuring an exclusive dimple pattern, this roll balances strong liquid pickup with tear-resistant construction so it performs well across a variety of tasks. The perforations let you tear off just the size you need, reducing waste and making the roll practical for both spot cleanup and larger coverage jobs.

How does this mat roll handle different types of liquids?

The mat is engineered to absorb a wide range of common workplace fluids, including petroleum-based liquids and water-based spills. Its polypropylene fibers wick liquid away from the surface and distribute it through the layers for efficient capture without shredding.

• Absorbs oil, grease, hydraulic fluid, coolant, paint overspray, and water-based fluids
• Dimple pattern accelerates liquid spread for quicker pickup
• Permeable layers hold liquids without falling apart when saturated

Why choose a mediumweight PIG mat roll for my garage or shop?

Mediumweight mats strike a balance between capacity and flexibility: they’re robust enough for heavier drips yet still pliable for laying over benches or covering floor areas. Compared with thin shop towels, these rolls last longer and reduce the frequency of replacements.

• Greater durability than single-layer absorbents; resists tearing
• Large coverage from a single 25' roll with convenient perforations
• Designed for repeated use across common maintenance and repair tasks

How do I use and dispose of perforated mat rolls safely?

Cut or tear along the built-in perforations to match your required pad length. After use, handle mats according to the nature of the absorbed fluid—store used mats in appropriate drums or containers and follow local disposal regulations.

• Select pad length via perforations to minimize waste
• Place under equipment, along drip lines, or on workbenches for proactive protection
• Dispose of soiled mats per hazardous-waste guidance when used with flammable or hazardous liquids

What makes this PIG mat roll more reliable than ordinary absorbents?

PIG’s layered construction and thermal bonding reduce fraying and maximize wet strength so the product can be pushed, squeezed, or driven over in some scenarios without breaking apart. That durability translates to fewer change-outs and lower material use over time.

• Multiple thermally bonded polypropylene layers increase wet strength
• Exclusive dimple texture promotes fast wicking and even distribution
• Rated to absorb up to approximately 1.75 gallons across the roll

Who is this for? This PIG mediumweight mat roll suits mechanics, maintenance crews, auto hobbyists, and light industrial teams who need a dependable, tear-resistant absorbent that can handle both oil-based and aqueous spills. It’s ideal for workplaces wanting fast pickup, lower replacement frequency, and flexible pad sizing for spot or area coverage.
