Premium Guard PureFlow HEPA Cabin Air Filter PC99525HX for 2020-22 Hyundai Palisade — 4‑Layer HEPA + Carbon Odour Control

Premium Guard's PureFlow HEPA Cabin Air Filter PC99525HX is a multi-stage replacement filter engineered to capture fine particles, reduce odors, and help freshen the interior air of 2020–2022 Hyundai Palisade vehicles.

If you want cleaner cabin air without changing the vehicle’s HVAC system, this direct-fit replacement uses four filtration layers to remove particulates, adsorb gases and neutralize lingering smells. It installs in the factory cabin filter location and is built to match the OEM fit and airflow characteristics while offering upgraded media and additives for enhanced performance.

How does PureFlow HEPA remove allergens and fine particles?

The first filtration stage is a true HEPA media rated to capture up to 99.97% of particles down to the most common PM sizes found in city and highway air. That high-efficiency layer traps pollen, dust, mold spores, and many ultrafine particulates before they enter the passenger compartment.

• HEPA-rated media captures particles as small as 0.3 microns.
• Designed for continuous cabin airflow without excessive restriction.
• Helps reduce airborne particulate load for occupants with sensitivities.

What removes odors and harmful gases from the cabin air?

Two intermediate layers use activated carbon and a baking-soda infused media to reduce common odors and adsorb dangerous gases. The carbon targets volatile organic compounds and exhaust-related fumes, while the baking soda layer helps neutralize persistent smells like food or smoke.

• Activated carbon adsorbs VOCs, sulfur compounds, and light hydrocarbons.
• Baking-soda enriched layer battles acidic and sulfurous odors.
• Works passively as HVAC air circulates through the filter housing.

What does the final neutralizing layer do and why does it matter?

The fourth stage incorporates copper and silver ions embedded in the media to provide a neutralizing effect on fine contaminants that pass earlier stages. These metal ions are included to reduce residual biological and microscopic surface contaminants on the filter’s downstream face, contributing to a cleaner-feeling cabin environment.

• Copper and silver ionized layer helps control residual microscopic contaminants.
• Placed downstream to treat air after particulate and gas removal.
• Designed to complement the HEPA and carbon layers, not replace them.

Will this filter fit my Hyundai Palisade and how do I install it?

PC99525HX is manufactured to match the cabin filter size and mounting orientation for 2020–2022 Hyundai Palisade models. Installation is a simple replace-in-place service that typically requires only basic hand tools and access to the glovebox or filter access panel, following the vehicle’s service guide.

• Direct-fit replacement for 2020–2022 Hyundai Palisade cabin filter housing.
• Swap typically completed in 10–20 minutes using vehicle OEM steps.
• Follow vehicle manual for correct airflow arrow orientation on the filter.

Who is this for: Drivers who want a higher level of particulate capture, reduced cabin odors, and a filter engineered for modern vehicles—especially Palisade owners looking for an OEM-compatible upgrade. It’s suitable for commuters in urban areas, allergy-prone occupants, families concerned about interior air quality, and anyone wanting a straightforward cabin filter replacement that emphasizes multi-stage cleaning without modifying the vehicle’s HVAC system.
