Qagea Spinning Propeller Trailer Hitch Cover — 2-inch Receiver Plug, Weather-Resistant Protection

This Qagea Spinning Propeller Trailer Tow Hitch Cover 77009 is a decorative, weather-resistant 2" receiver plug that shields your hitch from dirt and rust while its propeller cap spins for visual flair.

If you want a simple way to protect a 2-inch trailer hitch receiver when it's not in use but still add personality to the back of your vehicle, this rotating propeller cover is an easy retrofit. Molded from durable plastic, the cover blocks moisture, road grime and debris from settling inside the tube and gives trucks, SUVs and vans a playful finishing touch. It’s designed for quick installation and broad compatibility with Class 3–5 hitches.

How does this hitch cover protect my receiver?

The cover fits snugly into a 2" x 2" receiver and prevents water, dirt and salt from entering the hitch tube—reducing corrosion and keeping the pin hole free of debris. Its plastic construction resists rusting and will not flake like some metal covers.

• Seals the receiver opening to block moisture and road dirt.
• Prevents internal surface corrosion on steel hitch tubes.
• Keeps pin hole and weld areas clean for easy reconnecting.

Will it fit my trailer hitch and is it easy to install?

Yes — this cover is sized for standard 2" x 2" hitch receivers, common on most Class 3, 4 and 5 setups. Installation is a one-step insert-and-secure process; slide the cover into the tube and fasten with the hitch pin (not included) or compatible locking pin.

• Designed for standard 2" receiver tubes used on many trailers and carriers.
• Installs in seconds without tools; secures with a hitch or locking pin.
• Lightweight design won’t add unnecessary weight to the rear of the vehicle.

How durable is the propeller cover against weather and road use?

Constructed from high-quality plastic, the cover resists rust, corrosion and most road elements like rain, snow and mud. The spinning propeller is built to withstand normal driving conditions, though extreme impacts or high-pressure washes should be avoided to preserve the finish.

• Plastic material stays corrosion-free and won’t oxidize like metal.
• Made to endure regular exposure to rain, snow, and road grime.
• Rotate-cap design tested for everyday road vibration and movement.
