Qualizzi Car Window Shades for Baby — L/Pack 2 Stretch-to-Fit Mesh, Full-Coverage UV & Heat Block for SUVs (up to 18"×40")

Qualizzi L/Car Window Shades for Baby are stretch-to-fit mesh sunshades that block up to 97% of UV rays and reduce in-cabin heat while allowing airflow and insect protection.

These rectangular, double-layer spandex mesh shades come as a 2-pack and are sized for mid-size SUVs and crossovers, stretching to fit windows up to approximately 18" high by 40" wide. Built for everyday family use, the design gives full edge-to-edge coverage so rear passengers—babies, children, or pets—stay cooler and more comfortable without sacrificing outside visibility from inside the vehicle. The fabric breathes, keeps bugs out when windows are down, and installs in seconds without suction cups, adhesives, or magnets.

How do these shades reduce heat and protect my child from the sun?

The dual-layer spandex mesh blocks solar radiation and lowers interior temperatures by up to 33°F in real-world in-cabin tests, reducing direct sunlight and UV exposure for rear-seat occupants. The material is engineered for high UV attenuation while still allowing occupants to see out.

• Real-world tested: up to 33°F interior temperature reduction.
• Blocks 96.25–97% of harmful UV rays to protect skin and furnishings.
• Full window coverage prevents dashboard cracking and upholstery fading.
• Breathable mesh maintains air circulation to avoid stuffy interiors.

Will the shade stay on during normal driving and fit my SUV window?

Yes. The reinforced, stretch-to-fit sleeve grips the window frame securely so the shade remains in place at highway speeds without falling off. Qualizzi offers eight precision sizes—choose the rectangular L/Car shape and match your window measurements including the door frame for a clean fit.

• Secure stretch design with reinforced edges for long trips.
• Designed for mid-size SUVs/crossovers up to ~18" H × 40" W.
• Compatible with many models (e.g., Grand Cherokee, Outback, Highlander).
• Hassle-free replacements available if sizing questions arise.

Can I still roll the window down and use the shade for car camping?

The breathable double-layer mesh lets windows roll down while staying in place, providing insect protection and ventilation—useful for rest stops, car camping, or sleeping in an SUV. The shade creates privacy from the outside while allowing passengers to see out for scenic travel or naps.

• Allows windows to roll down and keeps bugs out during airflow.
• Privacy from outside view while maintaining inside visibility.
• Great for camping, urban parking, and rest-stop naps.
• Folds compactly for glove compartment storage when not used.

How do I care for and install these shades?

Installation takes seconds: slide the stretch mesh sleeve over the door frame—no tools, suction cups, or adhesives needed. For care, hand wash cold and air dry; ensure the shade is completely dry before storing to preserve elasticity and longevity.

• Quick install: stretch over window frame, no hardware required.
• Hand wash cold, air dry only; dry fully before storing.
• Remove when not in use to extend fabric life.
• Compact folding fits in glove compartment or storage pouch.

They suit parents of infants and toddlers concerned about overheating, travelers and car campers who need ventilation without insects, and anyone seeking edge-to-edge coverage and privacy on long drives.
