RARAYC Electric Fuel Pump & Fuel Filter Kit for Onan/Cummins RV 4000 4KW Microlite — Direct-Fit, High-Efficiency

RARAYC's electric fuel pump (149-2311) and fuel filter (149-2457) form a direct-fit replacement kit engineered to restore reliable fuel delivery and filtration for Onan/Cummins RV 4000 4KW Microlite and compatible MicroQuiet generator models.

If your RV generator is showing fuel delivery problems, rough idling, or intermittent stalling, worn pump or filter components are common causes. This RARAYC kit combines a high-efficiency electric pump and a precision fuel filter designed to match the original equipment specifications for select Onan/Cummins MicroQuiet series generators, helping bring fuel flow and filtration back to factory-like performance.

How does this kit improve generator fuel delivery?

The electric pump provides a steady, pressurized supply of fuel to the carburetor or fuel rail so the engine receives consistent fuel regardless of load changes. The design emphasizes stable flow to reduce sputter and hesitation during startup and while running.

• Direct-fit pump model 149-2311 matched to OEM flow and pressure ranges.
• Electric operation reduces vapor lock and inconsistencies from aging mechanical pumps.
• Durable construction for prolonged, vibration-tolerant service in RV environments.

What filtration benefits does the 149-2457 filter deliver?

The included fuel filter removes particulates and visible contaminants that can clog jets, injectors, or passages, helping maintain combustion efficiency and reducing wear. Its sealing surfaces are engineered to prevent bypass and leakage under typical generator operating conditions.

• High-efficiency media captures sediment and rust particles from stored fuel.
• Precision sealing prevents unfiltered fuel from entering the system.
• Compact, service-friendly shape for straightforward replacement during maintenance.

Is this kit compatible with my generator and easy to install?

This RARAYC pump and filter set is intended for Onan Cummins RV 4000 4KW Microlite and specific MicroQuiet generator models; verify part numbers 149-2311 and 149-2457 against your generator’s service manual. Installation follows common replacement steps—disconnect fuel, remove old components, fit new parts, and check for secure connections and leaks.

• Fits generators that list 149-2311 pump and 149-2457 filter in parts diagrams.
• Standard fuel-line fittings and mounting points for direct replacement.
• Basic hand tools and routine safety precautions required; professional help recommended if unsure.

What materials and after-sale support come with the RARAYC kit?

The kit uses quality materials chosen for sealing performance and resistance to fuel exposure, reducing the chance of leaks and premature failure. RARAYC offers customer support for buyers who need installation help or have product questions.

• Robust sealing components tested for fuel compatibility and leak prevention.
• Filter media selected for effective particle capture without excessive flow restriction.
