Rhino USA Tow Hitch Step 2" Receiver — Anti-Slip Grip, Bumper Protection, Reflective Strips

Rhino USA Tow Hitch Step is a heavy-duty, 2" receiver-mounted step that gives secure, non-slip access to truck beds and roof racks while protecting your bumper.

Designed and built by an American family business, this tow hitch step bolts into any standard 2" receiver to create a stable foothold for loading gear, reaching rooftop cargo, or cleaning your vehicle. Constructed from rugged polymer with a textured tread and a built-in push bar, the step balances durability, traction, and bumper protection for daily use and off-road conditions.

How does the Rhino tow hitch step keep my footing in wet or muddy conditions?

The step surface uses an aggressive no-slip texture that channels water and mud away from the tread, improving contact even when conditions are slick. Reflective striping near the edges increases visibility at dawn or after dark so you can find the step safely.

• Raised textured pattern for consistent traction
• Drainage-friendly surface prevents slippage
• Reflective green strips boost low-light visibility

Will this step fit my vehicle’s hitch receiver?

This model is built for universal compatibility with all standard 2" receivers, so it works with most trucks and SUVs. Popular fits include full-size pickups, mid-size trucks, and many off-road vehicles, but always confirm your receiver size before purchase.

• Compatible with any 2" receiver hitch
• Commonly used on Jeeps, Toyota 4Runner/Tacoma, F150, Chevy 1500
• Simple install—insert, pin, and secure

How does the tow hitch step protect my bumper from impacts?

The step incorporates a robust polymer body and an integrated push bar that absorb and redirect light impacts away from painted surfaces. Its construction reduces wear on bumpers during loading and when using the step as a minor buffer in parking situations.

• Rugged polymer construction resists cracking and abrasion
• Push bar adds an extra barrier for low-speed impacts
• Durable finish resists chips and road debris

How easy is installation and everyday use?

Installation is straightforward: slide the step into a 2" receiver, align the pin holes, insert a hitch pin, and you’re ready to go. The step is low-maintenance—periodic cleaning and an occasional check of the hitch pin keep it performing safely.

• Tool-free setup using standard hitch pin and clip
• Lightweight for easy removal when not needed
• Low upkeep; rinse or wipe clean to remove debris

Who is this for? The Rhino USA Tow Hitch Step is ideal for vehicle owners who frequently access rooftop cargo or truck beds, outdoor enthusiasts who need a secure foothold in variable weather, and anyone who wants added bumper protection without permanent modification. It’s especially useful for owners of trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps who value practical, American-made accessories that combine safety, convenience, and rugged everyday performance.
