rockane 6" Trailer Jack Swivel Caster Wheel Replacement - Black, Dual 6" Poly Wheels, 1,200 lb Capacity

The Rockane 6" Black Trailer Jack Swivel Caster Wheel Replacement is a heavy-duty dual-wheel jack caster that fits 2" diameter jack tubes and supports up to 1,200 lbs for smooth trailer positioning on soft ground.

When you need a dependable jack wheel to move a trailer on sand, grass, or uneven surfaces, this Rockane swivel caster offers corrosion-resistant poly wheels, a full 360° swivel, and a modern black finish. It swaps into standard A-frame and jack assemblies easily and includes a retaining pin for secure mounting. Designed for tongue weights rather than full vehicle loads, it’s a practical upgrade to improve maneuverability and protect your jack when coupling, storing, or repositioning a trailer.

How does this caster make moving a trailer on soft ground easier?

The dual 6" poly wheels distribute weight more evenly than a single narrow wheel, reducing sinkage and making rolling possible on sand, turf, and gravel. The soft-ground profile resists bogging down and helps preserve delicate surfaces.

• 6" dual-wheel design for better flotation on soft terrain
• Poly material resists abrasion and sheds debris
• Wide contact area reduces pressure and prevents digging in

Will this fit my trailer jack and how simple is installation?

This replacement is made to accept 2" diameter jack tubes used on most standard trailer and A-frame jacks. Installation requires removing the old wheel assembly and inserting this caster into the jack tube, then securing it with the included pin for immediate use.

• Compatible with 2" diameter jack tubes and common A-frame jacks
• Includes mounting pin for a secure, rattle-free connection
• Simple swap-in design — no special tools typically required

How strong and durable is the Rockane swivel caster?

Built for frequent use, the caster’s heavy-duty construction supports up to 1,200 lbs of tongue weight and resists corrosion from road exposure. The poly wheels are long-lasting and the black finish provides additional protection while maintaining a clean look.

• Rated 1,200 lb capacity for trailer tongue loads
• Durable poly wheel material resists wear and weather
• Black protective finish helps prevent rust and maintains appearance

How does the swivel feature affect maneuverability?

The full 360° swivel lets you rotate the jack caster freely for tight turns, precise alignment and easy repositioning. This improves control when jockeying the trailer into place on congested or uneven surfaces.

• 360° swivel action for effortless directional changes
• Smoother rolling reduces strain when moving or aligning a trailer
• Suitable for close-quarter maneuvering and angled approaches
