Roozo Youth Dirt Bike Helmet DOT-Certified Full-Face Kit — Lightweight, Ventilated

ROOZO Youth Dirt Bike Helmet is a DOT-certified full-face motocross helmet kit that combines a lightweight ABS shell, dense EPS impact liner, anti-fog goggles and breathable gloves to protect young off-road riders.

Designed for juniors who ride trails, parks or backyard tracks, this complete ROOZO kit balances safety, ventilation and comfort without weighing down growing necks. The helmet meets FMVSS-218 (DOT) standards and pairs with an adjustable sun visor, washable liners and a quick-release chin strap so kids can get on and off the bike easily while parents gain reassurance from certified construction and washable materials.

How does this helmet manage impact protection while staying light?

The ROOZO helmet uses a high-impact ABS outer shell combined with a dense EPS foam liner to disperse and absorb force from impacts. Strategic engineering reduces overall weight to about 1080 g (2.38 lb), lowering strain on a child’s neck without compromising protective layers.

• DOT FMVSS-218 certification for compliance with U.S. safety standards
• ABS shell resists punctures and abrasions
• Thick EPS liner for energy dissipation on impact
• 21% lighter than many competitor junior helmets to reduce fatigue

Will my child stay cool and see clearly while riding?

Ventilation is routed through top and chin vents to channel air over key cooling zones, helping riders maintain comfort during warmer runs. The adjustable sun visor blocks 100% UV rays and preserves wide peripheral vision so sight-lines remain clear on turns and jumps.

• Top and chin venting for direct airflow to face and head
• Adjustable visor provides sun protection without narrowing view
• Anti-fog goggles included to reduce lens condensation
• Removable liner wicks sweat and is machine-washable for freshness

How easy is it to use and maintain for parents and kids?

The helmet features a one-hand quick-release buckle that makes strapping in and removing the helmet fast and safe. Liners and cheek pads are removable and washable, while included gloves and goggles complete a ready-to-ride set that minimizes extra purchases.

• Quick-release chin buckle for fast entry and exit
• Removable, breathable inner padding that is water-washable
• Included anti-fog goggles and two breathable gloves for immediate use
• Multiple sizes (S–XL) to fit growing kids and teens accurately

What sizing options are available and how do I pick the right one?

ROOZO offers four size choices with clear centimeter and inch ranges so you can measure head circumference and match the correct fit. A snug, even fit without pressure points is ideal—measure around the widest part of the forehead and consult the size chart below to select Small through X-Large.

• Small: 49–50 cm (19.3–19.7 in)
• Medium: 51–52 cm (20.1–20.5 in)
• Large: 53–54 cm (20.9–21.3 in)
