ROOZO Youth Dirt Bike Helmet is a DOT-certified, ultra-light full-face motocross helmet that comes as a complete kids’ riding kit with anti-fog goggles and breathable gloves.

Designed for young riders who love off-road adventures, this ROOZO set combines certified safety features, cooling airflow, and kid-friendly comfort. The helmet’s ABS shell, dense EPS liner, and soft washable padding meet DOT FMVSS-218 standards, while the included goggles and gloves make this a ready-to-ride package. It’s built to reduce neck strain with a lightweight construction and to keep vision clear with good ventilation and an anti-fog lens.

How does this helmet meet safety standards for youth riders?

The ROOZO youth motocross helmet is engineered to meet DOT FMVSS-218 regulations, combining a high-impact ABS outer shell with a dense EPS foam interior that absorbs collision forces. The full-face chin bar adds facial protection commonly needed during off-road riding, and a quick-release buckle secures the helmet for reliable fit during active use.

• DOT FMVSS-218 certified shell and EPS liner for impact absorption
• Full-face design protects chin and jaw during falls
• One-hand quick-release buckle for secure, fast removal
• Washable, non-irritating inner padding to maintain hygiene

Will this helmet keep my child cool and maintain clear vision?

Yes—the helmet uses strategically placed top and chin vents to channel air through the shell, targeting key cooling zones around the head and face. The adjustable visor blocks up to 99% of UV rays while preserving peripheral sight, and the included anti-fog goggles reduce lens haze in varied riding conditions.

• Top and chin vents provide focused airflow for heat regulation
• Adjustable sun visor blocks UV without limiting side vision
• Anti-fog goggles included to prevent lens misting on rides
• Breathable, sweat-wicking liner reduces moisture build-up

How comfortable and practical is the helmet for long rides?

The ROOZO helmet weighs approximately 1080 g (about 2.38 lb), roughly 20% lighter than many comparable youth helmets, which helps reduce neck fatigue on extended outings. Anatomically shaped padding distributes weight evenly, and the liner is removable and washable to keep the fit fresh and odor-free over time.

• Ultra-light 1080 g construction reduces neck strain
• Anatomical padding for even weight distribution and comfort
• Removable, machine-washable liner keeps helmet sanitary
• One-hand buckle allows quick adjustments during stops
