Rorex Wrangler Windscreen Sunshade — Fits 1985–2025 Jeep Models, Custom-fit Collapsible Heat Shield

Rorex Wrangler Windshield Sunshade is a custom-fit, collapsible heat-shield sun mat engineered to protect the interior of every Jeep Wrangler model from 1985 through 2025.

This tailored sunshade is built to fit Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK, JL and JT body styles across four decades, folding neatly into the included pouch for tidy storage. Constructed from durable reflective materials and finished with the Rorex star logo, it reduces cabin temperatures, shields dashboards and upholstery from prolonged sun exposure, and installs in seconds. The design balances coverage and convenience so owners maintain visibility and interior condition without bulky, one-size-fits-all panels.

How does the Rorex sunshade install and fold for storage?

Installation is quick — position the shade against the windshield and secure it with the sun visors or included tabs; removal takes only a few seconds. The fabric is flexible so it collapses with few folds and fits back into the compact storage pouch supplied with the shade.

• Place shade inside windshield and secure with visors or elastic straps
• Collapses in a few simple folds for compact storage
• Supplied storage pouch keeps shade protected when not in use
• Lightweight construction makes handling easy for one person

What Wrangler years and models does this shade actually fit?

This Rorex sunshade covers Jeep Wrangler models from 1985 through 2025, including YJ, TJ, JK, JL and the JT Gladiator series. The pattern was updated to fit differences in windshield height and curvature across model generations for a more secure, near-seamless fit.

• Fits Wrangler 1985–2025, including YJ, TJ, JK, JL, JT
• Custom-cut panels align with windshield contours and mirror/sensor locations
• One product covers multiple generations—no need to guess model-specific sizes
• Updated pattern reduces gaps that let in sun at edges

What materials and features improve heat and UV protection?

The shade uses reflective, thermally insulating layers to lower interior temperatures and block a significant portion of UV exposure. Durable outer fabric resists creasing and wear, while the inner layer reflects sunlight away from dash surfaces and seats.

• Reflective surface to deflect radiant heat away from the cabin
• Durable construction resists tearing and repeated folding
• Helps preserve dash, electronics, and upholstery from prolonged sun exposure
• Rorex star logo for a finished, OEM-inspired appearance

How do I care for and maintain the sunshade?

Care is low-effort: brush off dust, spot-clean with mild soap and water, then air dry before folding. Store the shade in its pouch in a dry place to extend life and avoid mildew or odor buildup.

• Spot-clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemicals
• Air dry completely before storing to prevent mildew
• Keep in supplied pouch to protect against creasing and dirt
• Inspect periodically for wear around edges or attachment points

Who is this for: The Rorex Wrangler Windshield Sunshade is ideal for Jeep owners who want a tailored, easy-to-store solution to reduce cabin heat and protect interior surfaces across multiple Wrangler generations. It’s especially useful for daily drivers, weekend adventurers, and vehicle collectors who value fit, durability, and fast setup without compromising windshield visibility or cabin layout.
