RUNROLE RV Step Covers 4-Pack 24 x 7.5 in — Non-Slip Carpet Treads with TPR Backing

RUNROLE RV Step Covers are four non-slip, 24 x 7.5 inch carpet rugs designed to protect camper and RV stairs while adding traction and style.

These step covers fit most RV and camper stair treads and combine a soft ribbed surface with a TPR (thermoplastic rubber) backing to resist slipping, block UV wear, and trap dirt. They install quickly with hook-and-loop fastener tape and can be removed for cleaning. Built to be lightweight and odorless, they balance everyday durability with a comfortable texture that’s pleasant to step on barefoot.

How do these RV step covers improve traction on camper stairs?

The ribbed top layer and embossed pattern provide immediate grip beneath footwear or bare feet, while the TPR backing adds slip resistance against the stair surface. Together they reduce the chance of sliding on smooth or wet steps without altering stair dimensions.

• TPR bottom offers waterproof, grippy contact with stair treads
• Textured carpet surface increases foot friction
• Embossed pattern channels away moisture for steadier footing

Will the covers protect stairs from dirt and sun damage?

Yes—these covers act as a sacrificial layer to capture dirt, sand, and grime that would otherwise contact the stair material. They also help shield treads from UV exposure and daily wear, preserving the original finish of the steps underneath.

• Ribbed fibers trap debris and are easy to shake out
• Lightweight, UV-resistant top reduces direct sunlight contact
• Removable design simplifies deep cleaning and maintenance

How simple is installation and routine cleaning?

Installation uses included hook-and-loop fastener tape so each cover adheres firmly yet detaches without tools. For routine care you can vacuum or sweep; for deeper cleaning, remove the covers, wash with soapy water, rinse, and air dry.

• Hook-and-loop attachment lets you reposition or remove covers quickly
• Sweep or vacuum for everyday maintenance
• Hand-washable for periodic deep cleaning and easy drying

What materials are used and are they comfortable underfoot?

The surface is a soft, ribbed carpet with an embossed pattern for tactile grip, while the underside is TPR—lightweight, waterproof, and odorless. The combination is designed to feel cozy when stepping barefoot yet durable enough for frequent outdoor use.

• Soft ribbed texture provides cushioned feel
• TPR backing resists water and odors
• Durable construction suited for repeated outdoor exposure
