SENKEYFE G80 3/8" x 36" Trailer Safety Chains, 2-Pack — Yellow Zinc Galvanized, Clevis Hooks, Grade 80 Strength

The SENKEYFE G80 3/8"×36" trailer safety chains are a heavy-duty, zinc-galvanized pair of tow chains with clevis safety hooks engineered to secure trailers and loads safely under demanding conditions.

These chains are manufactured from heat-treated Grade 80 alloy steel and finished with a yellow galvanized coating for improved corrosion resistance. Each 36-inch chain paired with a clevis safety hook is rated for robust working loads and built with full-welded links to resist fatigue during towing and transport. The two-pack configuration gives you a matched set for most trailer hitch setups and provides redundancy for safer hauling.

How strong are these SENKEYFE trailer safety chains?

These chains are made from G80 heat-treated alloy steel with a 4:1 safety design factor, providing a higher tensile strength than common low-grade tow chains. They’re rated with a working load that supports typical towing tasks and heavy-duty use.

• Material: Grade 80 heat-treated alloy steel for superior tensile strength
• Design factor: 4:1 safety ratio for reliable performance under load
• Construction: fully welded ring links to minimize weak points
• Rated capacity: suitable for heavy-duty towing applications

What corrosion protection and durability features do these chains offer?

The chains are finished with a yellow zinc galvanization that improves resistance to rust and environmental wear compared with uncoated or low-grade finishes. Galvanized surfaces extend service life, making the chains a better choice for storage outdoors and use in wet or salty conditions.

• Yellow galvanized finish for increased rust resistance
• Heat-treated alloy steel resists fatigue and stretch over time
• Welded links reduce link separation and prolong longevity
• Clevis safety hooks with secure attachment points

How do I use these chains safely with my trailer?

Attach one chain to each side of the trailer tongue and connect to the tow vehicle’s hitch points using the included clevis safety hooks. Cross the chains beneath the coupler where practical to create a cradle that helps support the tongue if separation occurs, and always check load limits and connections before travel.

• Install one chain per side and attach hooks to designated hitch anchors
• Cross chains beneath the coupler for added tongue support
• Verify compatibility with your hitch and towing equipment before use
• Inspect hooks and links for wear before each trip

What sizes and components are included in the package?

This two-pack includes two 3/8" diameter chains, each 36 inches long, equipped with clevis safety hooks ready for common trailer hitch configurations. The set gives you two matching chains to meet standard dual-attachment towing setups.

• Two chains: 3/8" diameter, 36" length each
• Two clevis safety hooks pre-attached for immediate use
• Yellow galvanized finish on entire chain and hooks
• Packaged as a matched pair suitable for most trailers
