SewerFlo RV Macerator Pump 12V 12 GPM Quick-Release - Portable, Anti-Clog with Rinse

The SewerFlo Quick Release RV Macerator Pump is a portable 12V macerator that grinds and pumps black and gray water up to 10 feet with a 12 GPM flow, using a quick-connect RV fitting for fast setup.

This compact, self-priming macerator is built to make RV waste disposal faster and less messy. It pairs a four-blade spiral cutting system with a 12 GPM open-flow motor, a cigarette-lighter power lead and quick-disconnect wiring so you can dump waste where gravity outlets are unavailable or inconvenient. The unit includes a fresh-water rinse feature and a manual anti-clog function to help keep the line clear during use.

How does this pump handle solids and prevent clogs?

The SewerFlo macerator uses a double four-blade spiral cutter that breaks solids into fine particles for smoother flow. Reducing particle size to roughly 1/16 inch dramatically lowers the chance of blockages and keeps the discharge line moving.

• Four spiral cutting blades grind solids finely.
• Design reduces clog incidents by the majority of typical debris.
• Manual anti-clog/blend control to clear stubborn material on demand.
• Built-in rinse pathway to flush remaining residue after use.

Can I use this without permanent wiring or special hookups?

Yes—this pump is designed for temporary, on-the-road use and requires no permanent installation. It runs from a standard 12V cigarette lighter socket and includes plug-and-play quick-disconnect wiring so you can connect and stow the unit in minutes.

• 12V cigarette-lighter plug for instant power from most RV outlets.
• Quick-disconnect wiring for fast setup and removal.
• Portable footprint that stores easily in compartments or closets.
• No special tools or hardwiring needed for routine operation.

How far and how fast will it move waste from my RV?

This macerator delivers an open flow of approximately 12 gallons per minute, enabling efficient transfers over distance. Its self-priming design and 10-foot maximum lift let you pump uphill or into remote dump points when a gravity outlet isn’t available.

• Rated flow: 12 GPM (about 45 LPM) for steady evacuation.
• Maximum vertical lift: up to 10 feet for uphill dumping.
• Standard 3" (75 mm) bayonet RV connector for secure attachment.
• 1" hose barb for discharge hose connection and flexibility.

What maintenance and cleanup features are included?

SewerFlo focused on easy cleanup and low maintenance with practical features that reduce hands-on work. The pump’s rinse capability, removable connections, and durable impeller materials cut down on residual buildup and simplify storage.

• Integrated fresh-water rinse route to flush the pump and hoses.
• Quick-connect fittings make disassembly for cleaning straightforward.
• Impeller built from rubber and copper for long life and reliability.
• Compact housing for convenient transport and storage between trips.

Who this is for: RV owners, campervan travelers and operators of travel trailers who need a portable, reliable way to remove black and gray water without permanent plumbing changes. It’s ideal for boondockers, seasonal storage moves, or campsites where RV dump stations are far from your parking spot. If you want a lightweight macerator that connects quickly, handles solids, and runs from your vehicle’s 12V outlet, the SewerFlo Quick Release RV Macerator Pump is designed for that purpose.
