STAR BRITE RV Awning Cleaner & Protectant Spray — White/Beige Fabrics, PTEF Stain Shield & UV Protection

STAR BRITE RV Awning Cleaner & Protectant Spray removes tough awning stains and builds a protective PTEF barrier to help repel future dirt and UV damage.

Keep your RV’s awning and outdoor fabrics looking fresh without harsh scrubbing. This concentrated spray combines advanced cleaning agents with PTEF polymers to lift leaf stains, bird droppings, bug residue and everyday grime, while leaving a durable protective layer that helps preserve color and resist future staining. It’s formulated for fabrics and vinyl commonly used on RV awnings and outdoor cushions, and rinses away cleanly so you can get back on the road sooner.

How does STAR BRITE clean heavy awning stains without intense scrubbing?

The formula penetrates stains quickly, loosening dirt so it can be lifted with a soft brush, cloth, or sponge. That means less elbow grease and lower risk of damaging fabric fibers or finishes compared with aggressive scrubbing.

• High-tech cleaning agents break bond between fabric and stain
• Short penetration time—spray, wait ~30 seconds, then agitate gently
• Effective on bird droppings, leaf stains, bug deposits and mildew residue
• Rinses away thoroughly with fresh water for a residue-free finish

Will this product protect my awning from UV and repeat staining?

Along with cleaning, PTEF polymers in the spray form a thin barrier on fibers that helps resist staining and shields fabric from UV fade. For longer-term water repellency and maximum stain protection, pair cleaning with a seasonal application of STAR BRITE Waterproofing.

• PTEF polymers add a protective layer against UV and grime
• Helps slow color fading caused by sun exposure
• Works as a preparatory step before applying STAR BRITE Waterproofing
• Concentrated formula keeps maintenance costs down

Can I use this on other outdoor fabrics and cushions?

Yes—the cleaner is versatile and safe for many outdoor fabrics and vinyl surfaces when used as directed. Always test an inconspicuous spot first for colorfastness to prevent unexpected reactions.

• Suitable for outdoor furniture cushions, boat canvas, and vinyl awnings
• Use spot cleaning for small blemishes or spray larger areas evenly
• Repeat treatments may be needed for stubborn stains
• Designed to avoid discoloration when proper testing and rinsing are performed

How do I apply STAR BRITE RV Awning Cleaner & Protectant for best results?

Application is straightforward—spray the affected area, let the cleaner penetrate briefly, gently agitate, then rinse with fresh water. For extensive cleaning, work in sections and consider a second application for stubborn spots.

• Spot clean: spray, wait ~30 seconds, rub gently, then rinse
• Large areas: spray evenly, allow penetration, agitate with soft brush, rinse thoroughly
• Test colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before full use
• If stains persist, repeat application and extend penetration time as needed
