STAR BRITE Ultimate Pontoon Deck Cleaner 32 oz – Concentrated Deck & Marine Carpet Cleaner with Polymer Protection

STAR BRITE Ultimate Pontoon Deck Cleaner is a concentrated 32 oz formula that lifts dirt and stubborn stains from pontoon decks, carpets, foam and textured surfaces while leaving a protective polymer barrier.

Keep your pontoon looking fresh without hours of scrubbing. This cleaner uses chelating agents to loosen and remove embedded grime, plus polymers that bond to cleaned surfaces to help repel future staining and reduce UV-driven weathering. The product is engineered for fiberglass, painted decks, marine carpeting, foam, and vinyl so you can use one bottle across multiple surfaces.

How does this cleaner remove tough stains without heavy scrubbing?

The formula contains chelating agents that capture and lift dirt and mineral deposits from fibers and textured surfaces. That action reduces the need for aggressive scrubbing and minimizes surface abrasion. Simple agitation with a soft brush is usually enough to release trapped soils.

• Chelating agents lift embedded dirt and stains.
• Gentle action reduces physical abrasion to deck materials.
• Works in short application times for faster cleaning cycles.

Will it protect my deck from future stains and sun damage?

After rinsing, proprietary polymers in the cleaner form a thin barrier on the treated surface that helps repel new staining and offers some defense against UV-induced fading. This does not replace long-term protectants, but it provides immediate added resistance and helps maintain appearance between deeper treatments.

• Polymers bond to fibers, vinyl and painted surfaces.
• Helps reduce re-soiling and staining frequency.
• Helps slow UV-related weathering of fiberglass and vinyl.

Which pontoon surfaces are safe to use this on?

STAR BRITE Ultimate Pontoon Deck Cleaner is formulated for a wide range of common pontoon materials including marine carpet, closed-cell foam, vinyl upholstery, painted gelcoat and fiberglass decks. Always test a small inconspicuous area first to confirm colorfastness and compatibility with older or specialty finishes.

• Marine carpet and woven deck materials.
• Foam decking, vinyl seating, painted surfaces, and fiberglass.
• Safe for routine use when following label directions and spot-testing.

How do I apply it for best results?

Wet the target area, apply the cleaner, agitate gently with a soft brush or sponge, then rinse thoroughly. For stubborn spots, allow the product to dwell briefly before brushing. Follow instructions on the label for dilution and safety precautions.

• Wet surface, apply product, brush gently, and rinse well.
• Use short dwell time on set-in stains; repeat if necessary.
• Rinse completely to remove residues that could attract dirt.
