TCP Global 6" Wool Buffing Pads (2 Pack) - 100% Natural Wool, 1" Plush Pile for Polishing & Finishing

TCP Global Premium 6 Inch Wool Buffing Pads (2 Pack) are plush, 100% natural wool polishing pads designed for uniform compound distribution and a showroom-quality finish on automotive paint and metal.

These two 6" wool pads combine a dense, extra-plush 1" pile with a hook-and-loop backing to fit most orbital and rotary buffers. Built from all-natural wool, they’re intended for final polishing, waxing, and finishing steps where even product spread and gentle cutting action matter. The reusable, washable design makes them economical for hobbyists and pros alike.

How do these wool pads improve finishing and polish results?

The natural wool fibers deliver a slightly aggressive yet controlled polishing action that helps refine and remove fine defects while leaving a high-gloss surface. Their plush pile distributes polish evenly and helps prevent uneven coverage or streaking during final finishing.

• 1" extra-plush pile for consistent contact and product distribution
• 100% natural wool for balanced cutting and finishing power
• Reduces light swirl marks and helps achieve mirror-like clarity
• Two-pad pack allows alternating clean pads for better results

Will these pads fit my buffer and latch securely?

Yes — each pad is 6 inches across and features a standard hook-and-loop backing that matches most orbital and rotary buffer plates. The hook-and-loop system centers the pad neatly and allows quick pad changes, so you can move between steps faster without fumbling attachments.

• 6" diameter compatible with common buffing machines
• Hook-and-loop backing for secure, centered mounting
• Quick-change design reduces setup time between steps
• Works with many popular buffer brands and adapters

How should I use and maintain these wool buffing pads?

Use them for polishing, glazing, waxing, or final finishing at moderate speed and light pressure; they perform well with polishing compounds or sealants. After use, remove compound residue and machine-wash or hand-wash the pads to extend their lifespan.

• Use with polishing compounds, glazes, paint sealants, and waxes
• Operate at recommended buffer speeds and light-to-moderate pressure
• Rinse and wash to remove residues; air-dry thoroughly before reuse
• Rotate between pads to keep one clean during multi-step processes

Are these pads suitable for professional detailers and DIYers?

Absolutely — the pads balance durability and performance for repeated use in shop environments and home garages. Their natural wool construction provides a finish professionals rely on while remaining user-friendly for enthusiasts practicing finishing techniques.

• Durable wool construction for repeated professional use
• Soft enough for delicate paint yet efficient for refining
• Washable and reusable to lower ongoing costs
• Two-pack offers immediate backup or step-specific separation
