Valchoose 12.5 x 2.25 Tyre & Inner Tube Set 57-203 — Angled Valve, Durable Tread

Whether you're restoring a kids' bicycle, upgrading an electric scooter, or keeping a compact e-bike rolling, this Valchoose 12.5 x 2.25 tire and inner tube set supplies a direct-fit replacement that balances durability, air retention, and traction. The package includes the tire, a butyl inner tube with an angled valve stem, and basic installation accessories so you can swap wheels quickly and get back on the road.

Will this fit my scooter or small bike?

This set is sized 12.5 x 2.25 (also shown as 12-1/2 x 2-1/4 or 57-203) and is compatible with many compact scooters, kids' bikes, and small e-bike models. Compare the stamped size on your current tire sidewall to confirm compatibility before ordering.

• Match size: 12.5 x 2.25 / 12-1/2 x 2-1/4 (57-203).
• Works with brands like Razor Pocket Mod, Schwinn, Mongoose, Currie, eZip, IZIP and similar frames.
• Check rim width and valve position to ensure proper fit.

How durable and puncture-resistant is the tire?

The tread is molded from robust rubber formulated to resist wear and everyday road hazards while the tube's thick butyl construction maximizes air retention. The combination reduces the frequency of flats and helps the wheel maintain pressure for longer rides.

• High-wear rubber compound for longer tread life.
• Butyl inner tube improves elasticity and minimizes slow leaks.
• Striped tread pattern helps shed water and maintain contact.

What are the valve and inflation features?

The inner tube includes an angled valve stem to make inflation easier on narrow rims and enclosed wheel wells. A reinforced valve seat and included valve-core accessories help limit air loss and simplify routine maintenance.

• Angled valve stem for easier pump access in tight spaces.
• Reinforced valve seat reduces leakage around the stem.
• Rated up to 40 PSI—confirm vehicle specs before inflating.

How does the tread affect ride quality and wet-weather handling?

The tire's striped tread design strikes a balance between low rolling resistance and reliable grip on paved surfaces. Grooves guide water away from the contact patch to help preserve traction when roads are damp.

• Striped pattern lowers rolling resistance for smoother cruising.
• Water-channeling grooves improve wet-surface handling.
• Stable sidewall profile aids cornering on small wheels.
