Valterra RV quick-drain hose 10 ft Blue — 8 mil vinyl cover & 3" straight adapter

Valterra's D04-0120PB is a 10-foot quick-drain RV sewer hose with an included 3" straight hose adapter, built with an 8 mil vinyl cover for weather and chemical resistance. The Valterra 10' Standard Quick Drain RV Hose is designed to simplify waste dumping for travel trailers, motorhomes and camper vans. It delivers a lightweight, compact solution that stretches to a full 10 feet for most campsite hookups while protecting the inner hose with a tough vinyl outer layer. The hose ships with a Valterra T1024 3" straight adapter for straightforward attachment to most RV fixtures and dump stations.

How long is the hose and will it reach my campsite dump?

The hose extends to a stretched length of 10 feet, a practical length for many typical RV hookups. If you frequently need more reach, Valterra recommends selecting a longer hose to avoid stretching near its limit. The hose is intended for standard campsite drain reach and pairs easily with common sewer connections.

• Stretched length: 10 feet for most site configurations
• Compact when stored for easy packing
• Use a 20' model if your required reach is near the 10' maximum

What materials and construction protect this hose from damage?

This model features an 8 mil vinyl outer cover that shields the inner tubing from toilet chemicals, abrasion and temperature swings. The weather-resistant construction helps maintain flexibility in hot or cold conditions so the hose remains usable across seasons. The included adapter is a molded fitting sized to provide a reliable connection without extra clamps on most standard RV fixtures.

• 8 mil vinyl outer cover for chemical and abrasion resistance
• Weather-resistant design for seasonal use
• Durable molded 3" straight adapter (Valterra T1024) included

How easy is it to store, install and use?

The Valterra Quick Drain hose is designed to be lightweight and straightforward to install, making it convenient for one-person setup. Its compact, coiled form stores readily in typical RV compartments, and the included straight adapter eliminates the need to purchase separate fittings for many connections. For best results, keep the hose unbent and supported when in use to maintain flow and avoid kinks.

• Lightweight construction for simple handling and storage
• Included 3" adapter speeds connection at the dump station
• Coils compactly for onboard storage in small compartments

Are there any cautions or best practices when using this hose?

Avoid stretching the hose to its absolute limit—if your setups often approach 10 feet, choose a longer hose to reduce strain. Rinse the hose after each use and store it dry when possible to preserve the vinyl cover and fittings. Inspect the adapter and hose ends regularly for wear or cracking and replace them if you observe damage.

• Do not consistently operate at maximum stretched length; choose longer hose if needed
• Rinse and dry after use to prolong life
• Inspect fittings and hose for wear; replace when compromised
