The Victron Energy Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) is a compact, modular battery input and Class-T fuse module designed to safely connect and fuse up to two lithium battery strings in a Lynx Distribution system.
The Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) is a purpose-built component for the Victron Lynx Distribution family, engineered to simplify battery-input wiring and to provide high-current Class-T fuse protection in smaller multi-string battery installations. It integrates mechanically and electrically with the M10 Lynx ecosystem, letting installers build tidy, serviceable DC distribution panels while keeping high-current connections centralized and protected. Class-T fuses are sold separately, giving flexibility in selecting the exact fuse rating for your system’s needs.
The unit centralizes incoming battery leads and fuseholders into the Lynx busbar layout, reducing clutter and the number of individual cable terminations. Because it is designed to snap into the Lynx M10 architecture, installers can assemble neat, modular DC assemblies with consistent spacing and secure mechanical support.
The module is compatible with Victron Class-T fuses in multiple ampere ratings to match different system capacities. Standard Class-T fuse ratings available include 225A, 250A, 350A, and 400A; select the fuse ampacity to match your battery and conductor sizing. For systems with more than two battery strings, multiple Class-T Power In modules can be combined to increase input capacity and manage additional strings predictably.
The Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) is specifically made to pair with the other M10 Lynx components; it requires compatible busbars and mechanical mounting within the Lynx distribution assembly. Proper fuse sizing, correct cable gauge, and battery-management coordination are essential—always follow Victron installation guidelines and local electrical codes. The module is a hardware-only element; fuses and battery monitoring devices are separate items in the system bill of materials.
By consolidating battery inputs and using replaceable Class-T fuses, the module makes maintenance and troubleshooting faster and safer. Installers can swap fuses or add additional Lynx Class-T modules without dismantling the whole DC distribution panel. This modular approach simplifies upgrades when additional battery strings or higher capacity are required later.
Who is this for: The Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) is aimed at installers, electricians, and system integrators building Victron Lynx M10 DC distribution systems for small-to-medium lithium battery banks. It suits residential off-grid arrays, marine battery rooms, and mobile power systems where tidy, protected high-current inputs and modular expandability are priorities. It is not a stand-alone fuse—Class-T fuses must be acquired and sized to the installation.
Q: Can one Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) handle three battery strings?
A: No. A single module supports up to two battery strings; use multiple modules for three or more strings.
Q: Are the Class-T fuses included with the module?
A: No. Class-T fuses (225A–400A) must be purchased separately and sized per your system.
