Voodonala Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU Mesh Bikini Sunshade for 2007–2018 4‑Door — Plain Black, 90% Sunblock & Breathable

Voodonala's mesh bikini sunshade is a heavy-duty roof cover designed to fit 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU 4-door models, cutting glare and heat while maintaining airflow.

This breathable sunshade installs over the factory top and provides immediate relief from direct sunlight without closing off the cabin. Built from vinyl-coated high-strength polyester mesh with reinforced metal grommets, it balances sun protection, durability, and visibility so you can enjoy open-air driving while lowering interior temperatures and protecting surfaces from UV exposure.

How much sun and heat does the shade block?

The mesh is engineered to screen roughly 90% of direct sunlight, significantly reducing radiant heat buildup inside the cabin while preserving outward visibility. It lowers cabin temperature on hot days without creating a fully enclosed roof.

• Approximately 90% sunlight blocked to reduce interior heat
• Mesh structure allows airflow to prevent stuffiness
• Helps protect dashboard and upholstery from UV fading

Will this fit my 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK or JKU 4-door?

The sunshade is purpose-made for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU 4-door Unlimited models, including Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Freedom, and Rubicon trims. It works with both factory hard tops and soft tops, so you can choose the installation style that suits your rig.

• Fits 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU 4-door Unlimited
• Compatible with hard top and soft top installations
• Mounts using reinforced metal grommets for secure attachment

How durable and weather-resistant is the material?

The sunshade uses vinyl-coated super high-strength polyester mesh for long-term performance and tear resistance. Reinforced metal grommets distribute load points, resisting stretch and wear from wind and repeated use.

• Vinyl-coated polyester mesh for strength and UV resistance
• Metal grommets for secure mounting and longer life
• Material resists everyday abrasion better than cheaper fabrics

What driving or daily benefits will I notice?

Beyond blocking sunlight, the mesh reduces wind-driven noise and helps keep leaves, small stones, and debris out of the cabin. The open-weave fabric preserves the Jeep’s open-air experience while making rides more comfortable on hot days.

• Reduces wind noise compared with a fully open top
• Helps keep debris out for cleaner interiors and safer passengers
• Quick to install or remove for flexible use

Who this is for: Owners of 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK or JKU 4-door Unlimited models who want a rugged, breathable sunshade that cuts glare and heat while preserving the open-air feel. It’s ideal for daily drivers and weekend off-roaders who need durable protection from sun and debris without sacrificing airflow or visibility.
