WARN Drill Winch 750 lb portable winch with 40 ft synthetic rope and free-spool clutch

This lightweight, drill-driven winch is built for homeowners, hunters, farmers, and DIYers who need a portable solution for pulling, tensioning, and loading without carrying a standalone motorized winch. The unit accepts any common portable drill (drill not included) and comes fitted with 40 feet of 5/32" synthetic rope, an integrated hawse fairlead, plus front and rear rigging hooks. A free-spool clutch speeds setup, while the compact housing and synthetic line keep overall weight low for easy transport and field use.

How much pulling power does this drill winch deliver?

The WARN Drill Winch provides up to 750 pounds of single-line pull, suitable for light to medium pulling tasks around the property or campsite. While not designed for heavy industrial recovery, it offers reliable capacity for many common chores.

• Rated single-line pulling capacity: 750 lb (approx. 340 kg)
• Operates using torque from a standard portable drill
• Ideal for dragging, tensioning, and light loading jobs

What rope and hardware are included, and how are they arranged?

This model ships with 40 feet of 5/32" synthetic rope that balances strength and low weight, plus an integrated hawse fairlead to protect the line during spooling. Both front and rear rigging hooks are supplied for quick attachment points and flexible rigging setups.

• 40' (12.2 m) synthetic rope, 5/32" (4 mm) diameter
• Integrated hawse fairlead for smooth rope guidance
• Front and rear rigging hooks included for multiple anchor options

How do you set it up and use it with a drill?

Attach a compatible portable drill to the winch drive shank, engage the free-spool clutch to pull out rope for rigging, then operate the drill to reel or pay out under controlled torque. The free-spool clutch saves time when threading the rope through anchors or around objects.

• Free-spool clutch for fast rope deployment and rigging
• Drive accepts standard drill chucks or quick-connect adapters
• Use variable-speed drill control for precise pulling power

What practical jobs is the WARN Drill Winch best suited for?

This compact winch shines on tasks where portability and simplicity matter more than heavy duty capacity. Typical uses include hauling small loads, stretching fence lines, loading ATVs or lawn equipment, relocating logs, and assisting with light construction or landscaping work.

• Loading trailers and small equipment onto ramps
• Dragging game or moving heavy yard debris
• Stretching fences or pulling posts into alignment
• Temporary rigging for campsite or workshop tasks
