WARN Stealth Series Winch Cover for Zeon & Zeon Platinum — Marine-Grade Vinyl, Ventilated Zip Access

Keep a factory-fresh winch appearance and avoid premature wear with the WARN 102639 Stealth Series Winch Cover. Crafted from marine-grade vinyl and reinforced fabrics, this cover combines weather resistance with functional access points so you can inspect and use your winch without removing the whole cover. It’s designed specifically to fit WARN Zeon and Zeon Platinum models, offering a tailored fit that reduces flapping and water ingress while still letting the winch breathe.

How does the Stealth cover protect my winch outdoors?

The cover blocks UV rays, rain, and road grime while resisting color fade and material breakdown over time. Its marine-grade vinyl shell sheds water and resists mildew, and reinforced stitching and straps keep the cover secured during travel.

• UV-stable materials reduce sun damage and color fading
• Marine-grade vinyl resists moisture and salt exposure
• Durable zippers and straps secure the cover under movement

Can I access my winch without removing the entire cover?

Yes—designed with practical access points, the Stealth cover features a front flap for drum inspection and a zipper opening to reach the clutch handle and remote socket. These openings let you operate or check components quickly while keeping the rest of the winch protected.

• Front flap enables drum access for spooling and visual checks
• Zippered panel exposes clutch handle and remote socket easily
• Openings seal back up to preserve weather protection

Will the cover cause moisture buildup or corrosion?

The design includes a mesh backing to promote airflow and prevent trapped moisture that can accelerate corrosion. Ventilation helps dry condensation and reduces the risk of mildew while maintaining a protective barrier against external elements.

• Mesh backing permits ventilation and airflow
• Less trapped moisture lowers corrosion and mildew risk
• Breathable design balances protection with drying ability

How easy is installation and fit for Zeon models?

Installation is straightforward—position the tailored cover over the winch, secure straps, and use the zippers and flap as needed. The cover is cut to suit the dimensions of WARN Zeon and Zeon Platinum winches, so you get a snug fit that avoids loose fabric and wind noise.

• Specifically sized for Zeon and Zeon Platinum winches
• Simple strap and zipper system for quick fitting
• Close fit reduces movement and protects finish

It’s ideal for off-road drivers, boat owners, and anyone who stores a winch exposed to sun, salt, or road spray and wants to reduce maintenance and prolong component life without sacrificing usability.
