West Llama Steering Wheel Cover for Hyundai D-Shaped & 14.5–15" Wheels — Black Flat-Bottom, Leather Grip

West Llama's flat-bottom steering wheel cover is a tailored black leather cover designed to fit Hyundai D-shaped and standard 14.5–15" steering wheels, improving grip and protecting the original wheel.

This West Llama cover combines a soft leather feel with a non-slip rubber inner ring and a flat-bottom profile made specifically for many Hyundai models. It protects the factory wheel from wear, refreshes your cabin's look, and restores grip for everyday driving. The cover ships folded; a brief warm-up before fitting smooths creases for an easier installation.

Will this cover fit my Hyundai steering wheel?

Yes—this model is made for Hyundai standard steering wheels with diameters of 14.5–15 inches and for D-shaped (flat-bottom) designs found on select trims. Check your wheel diameter and shape before ordering to ensure a snug, secure fit.

• Compatible models listed include Tucson, Sonata, Elantra, Santa Fe, Genesis, Azera, Venue, Kona, and Sonata Hybrid.
• Measure wheel diameter center-to-center across the wheel to confirm 14.5–15" size.
• D-shaped (flat bottom) wheels require a matching flat-bottom cover for correct alignment.

How does the material and construction affect grip and comfort?

The cover uses high-quality synthetic leather with a soft texture for comfortable hand contact and visual refinement. An inner natural rubber ring provides anti-slip performance so your hands stay secure during turns and quick maneuvers.

• Leather surface offers a warm, tactile feel and resists wear from daily use.
• Natural rubber inner ring prevents rotation and improves steering control.
• Durable stitching and construction keep the cover in place under normal driving conditions.

Is it difficult to install and maintain?

Installation is tool-free but can require some force since the cover is made to fit tightly. If the cover arrives folded, gently warming it with a hair dryer will relax the material and make installation simpler. Cleaning is straightforward—wipe with a damp cloth and mild cleaner for routine maintenance.

• Installation tip: warm the cover briefly to remove creases and increase flexibility.
• No tools required; push the cover over the wheel and work it into place evenly.
• Care: wipe away spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals to protect the leather finish.

What are the practical benefits beyond appearance?

Beyond upgrading the interior look, this cover protects the original steering wheel from UV fading, sweat, and friction, extending the wheel's lifespan. The improved grip can make everyday driving feel more controlled and comfortable, especially on longer trips.

• Protects factory wheel surface from scuffs and discoloration.
• Replaces slippery or worn factory grips with a firmer touch.
• Flat-bottom profile preserves OEM wheel ergonomics and leg clearance.

Who this is for: Drivers who own compatible Hyundai models and want to refresh their cabin with a professional-looking, protective cover. It's also a good choice for anyone seeking a firmer, non-slip grip and a flat-bottom profile to match sportier or OEM D-shaped steering wheels. If you prefer a tight, tailored fit and a leather-feel finish without modifying the factory wheel, this West Llama cover is designed for that purpose.
