XiTuanYuan 0-140 PSI Automotive Fuel Pressure Tester Kit is a complete gasoline-engine fuel pressure diagnostic set for checking fuel delivery, leaks, and regulator function across most cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, and RVs.
If you service fuel systems or troubleshoot engine performance issues, a clear, reliable pressure reading is one of the fastest ways to isolate faults. This kit pairs a large 3-1/2 inch analog gauge with multiple hose lengths, adapters and a quick-release valve so you can connect to standard Schrader or M6 test ports and capture accurate readings up to 140 PSI (0–10 bar). It is designed for a wide range of carbureted and port-injected gasoline engines but is not intended for diesel high-pressure pumps or direct-injection systems.
The gauge shows steady and peak pressures so you can determine if the pump, regulator or lines are supplying correct fuel pressure under static and running conditions. Sudden drops or spikes point to leaks, weak pumps or faulty regulators while stable pressure indicates a healthy delivery system.
The kit is designed for most gasoline engines found in cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs and RVs that use low-to-moderate fuel pressure systems. It is not suitable for diesel high-pressure injection pumps or modern direct-injection gasoline systems that require specialized high-pressure tools.
Start with the engine off to connect to the fuel rail or Schrader valve, then run the engine or crank as required to observe running pressure versus key-on prime pressure. Use the quick-release valve to relieve pressure safely before disconnecting; wear eye protection and work in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources.
The kit ships in a molded red blow case that keeps the 3-1/2 inch dial gauge, two hose lengths, multiple threaded adapters, tee adapter, clamps and quick-release valve neatly organized for transport and field use. The case protects fittings from contamination and makes it easy to carry to the vehicle.
Who is this for: Professional mechanics, DIY enthusiasts and fleet technicians who perform routine diagnostics or troubleshoot fuel delivery problems on gasoline engines will benefit from this kit. It’s especially useful if you need a portable, all-in-one gauge set that supports multiple adapters and provides easy-to-read pressure data during bench or on-vehicle testing. Avoid using it on diesel high-pressure or direct-injection systems—those require manufacturer-specific tools.
Q: Can I use this tester on modern direct-injection gasoline engines?
A: No. This kit is not suitable for direct-injection or diesel high-pressure injection systems; use manufacturer-specified high-pressure tools.
Q: What pressure range does the gauge measure?
A: The gauge reads 0–140 PSI (0–10 bar), suitable for most low-to-moderate pressure gasoline fuel systems.
