Yankee Candle Car Jar Ultimate Hanging Air Freshener — Vanilla Cupcake, Long-Lasting 30-Day Scent

Yankee Candle Car Jar Ultimate in Vanilla Cupcake is a hanging car air freshener that delivers a rich, bakery-inspired scent for weeks.

This compact hanging freshener brings the warm, sweet notes of vanilla and baked goods into small spaces without sprays or gels. Designed to suspend from a mirror, vent, or hook, it releases a steady fragrance meant to neutralize odors while creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The Vanilla Cupcake scent layers creamy vanilla with subtle spice and sugary frosting accords for a true-to-life bakery experience.

How long will the fragrance last in my car?

The Car Jar Ultimate is formulated for extended performance and gradually releases scent over time. Typical use provides up to 30 days of noticeable fragrance, though longevity depends on cabin size, ventilation, and exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

• Estimated fragrance life: up to 30 days under normal conditions
• Oxidation-based release for steady scent output
• Replace when the insert has visibly shrunk below the label

How do I hang and use the Vanilla Cupcake Car Jar Ultimate?

Setup is quick and requires no tools. Remove the outer packaging, thread the included elastic or ribbon through the top loop, and hang it where it won’t obstruct driving—rearview mirror, headrest, or a hook in the trunk for a subtle aroma.

• Easy-to-hang loop fits most mirrors and hooks
• Suitable for cars, closets, lockers, and small rooms
• Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve scent intensity

Will the Vanilla Cupcake scent remove bad odors or just cover them?

The Car Jar Ultimate is formulated to neutralize common odors while imparting its signature fragrance. Instead of simply masking smells, the scent insert is designed to reduce noticeable odors and replace them with a pleasing vanilla-bakery aroma.

• Odor-neutralizing fragrance insert targets everyday smells
• True-to-life scent profile recreates baked vanilla and spice notes
• Works best when combined with regular vehicle cleaning

How will I know when it's time to replace the air freshener?

The insert shrinks as the fragrance is used, and the packaging provides a clear visual cue. When the scented insert drops below the printed label area, it’s time to swap in a new Car Jar Ultimate for full potency.

• Shrink-to-replace indicator visible through the label
• Consistent scent until insert visibly reduces
• Replace monthly for continuous fragrance
