If you want easy-to-install, customizable lighting for an RV, camper, food truck or backyard awning, this kit provides a long RGB LED strip with both wireless remote control and smartphone app control. The set includes the LED strip, control box, remote, car adapter and bare wire for direct hook-ups, plus 3M adhesive tabs for fast mounting. It’s sized and shaped specifically to run along awnings and exterior rooflines to create mood lighting for camping, evening gatherings and roadside setups.

How do I control the Yiswhis awning lights?

You can operate the lights two ways: with the included 40-key infrared remote for quick on/off and preset effects, or with the smartphone app to fine-tune colors, brightness and dynamic modes. The app unlocks more customization and scheduling so you can set scenes for different occasions.

• Includes 40-key remote for instant color and mode changes
• Smartphone app control for custom palettes and timers
• Adjust brightness, speed of effects, and color transitions
• Control multiple segments or a single long strip via the control box

How easy is the installation on my RV or awning?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: the LED strip is roughly 10 mm wide and comes with self-adhesive 3M tabs so you can stick it along an awning edge or frame. A plug-in setup and included car adapter let you power the lights from an RV outlet or battery source; the bare wire is there for permanent wiring if desired.

• Self-adhesive 3M tape for tool-free mounting
• Plug-and-play car adapter for quick power from an RV outlet
• Bare wire option for hardwired installations
• 16.4 ft length covers most standard awnings and can be trimmed per instructions

Are these lights suitable for outdoor and wet environments?

The LED strip itself is waterproof and intended for exterior use to brighten campsite gatherings, BBQs and roadside stops. Note that the kit’s wiring, connectors and controller are not rated as waterproof; position controllers and connections in sheltered areas or use additional waterproofing accessories if exposed to rain.

• Waterproof LED strip for outdoor ambient lighting
• Keep controller and connectors under awning or protected compartment
• Recommended to use extra waterproof connectors for exposed installations
• Ideal for temporary outdoor setups and nocturnal ambiance
