ZHUITU Airless Paint Spray Gun Swivel Joint 7/8 Inch Thread 180° Rotation, 3600 PSI, Fits Graco 287036

ZHUITU airless paint spray gun swivel joint is a heavy-duty 7/8-inch threaded adapter that gives you smooth 180-degree rotation for safer, more flexible spraying when paired with Graco-compatible tip and heavy-duty extensions.

This swivel joint is designed for professional and serious DIY painters who need a durable connector to change spray angles quickly without straining hoses or tips. Built to handle up to 3600 PSI, the joint replaces fixed fittings to reduce hose twist, increase maneuverability, and extend tip life. It fits 7/8-inch threads found on Graco part 287036 and similar tip extensions, making it a practical upgrade for airless sprayers used on walls, trim, fences, and textured surfaces.

How does the 180-degree swivel improve spray control?

The rotating joint lets you angle the tip extension precisely without repositioning the entire sprayer or bending the hose sharply. This reduces operator fatigue and helps maintain a consistent spray fan at different orientations.

• Smooth 180° rotation to reach tight corners and ceilings.
• Maintains consistent tip alignment for even coating.
• Minimizes hose twist and kinks during long runs.

Is this compatible with my Graco gun and tip extensions?

Yes — the swivel joint uses a 7/8-inch thread engineered to match Graco 287036-style tip extensions and many heavy-duty extension pieces. Always verify thread size and model before installing.

• 7/8" thread specifically sized for Graco 287036 compatibility.
• Works with most heavy-duty and tip extensions using the same thread standard.
• Easy to screw on/off for quick changes on the jobsite.

What pressure and durability can I expect during use?

The joint is built for high-pressure airless systems and supports up to 3600 PSI, suitable for most professional sprayers. Materials and machining prioritize leak-free seals and long service life under repeated rotation and pressure cycles.

• Rated maximum working pressure: 3600 PSI for heavy-duty painting tasks.
• Robust construction to resist wear from frequent attachment/removal.
• Designed to maintain seal integrity while rotating under pressure.

How does this part change setup and maintenance routines?

Installing the swivel joint simplifies tip angle adjustments and reduces stress on fittings, which can decrease maintenance time for hoses and tips. Routine checks for tightness and seal condition keep performance reliable.

• Quickly reposition tips without disassembling extensions.
• Reduces wear on hoses and spray tips, extending component life.
• Inspect seals and threads regularly to prevent leaks.

Who is this for: The ZHUITU swivel joint is ideal for professional painters, contractors, and dedicated DIYers using Graco-compatible airless systems who need flexible tip positioning and robust pressure handling. If you frequently work on ceilings, trim, or awkward angles and want to cut down on hose strain while maintaining consistent spray patterns, this 7/8-inch, 180-degree rotating joint is a practical, durable upgrade to your spray rig.
